At Mustela, we want you and your baby to be completely satisfied with our skincare products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return new or gently used items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Safely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, and include the packing slip to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
